As-Designed SBEM: Working with the client, the architect and the contractor we gather information and provide feedback as the SBEM calculations progress to achieve Part L compliance.

In addition, we are also looking at the project from the air leakage point of view, offering practical advice should non-compliance issues arise.

As-Built SBEM : For existing or newly completed buildings SBEM Suffolk can survey the building or work from client-supplied information to provide an efficient result, often required at the last minute.

As-Designed to As-Built Update: SBEM Suffolk frequently updates as-designed iSBEM calculations in readiness for EPC certification.

EPC Certification: From the As-Designed SBEM calculation, SBEM Suffolk offers an efficient service to complete the process, including verifying results and lodging the EPC and Recommendations Report onto the Landmark National Database.
